Electrical Usage Assessment

We'll review the past 12 months of your electric bill to help determine the size of your system.

Energy Audit 

For every dollar you save improving your home's energy efficiency, you'll save 3 to 5 dollars on solar system costs. For this reason, we'll examine the efficiency of your appliances, windows, insulation, etc., in order to maximize your solar investment.  

Energy Offset Plan

Do you want to produce 100%, 80% or 50% of your current electricity usage?  

Site Analysis 

The location of the solar panels will be determined by the access to the sun and the square footage available.

Budget Options 

Another aspect affecting the size of the system will be your budget. Currently tax incentives and rebates can reduce the cost of a system by approximately half. The rest will be up to you. 

 Installation 

We will install your system within one to three days. Inspect and test your system to ensure it is working properly and to your satisfaction.

Warranty

 Flatiron Solar will provide you with a 5 year warranty for all parts and labor. Maunfacturers warranties for solar panels and inverters are typically 25 years and 10 years respectively. We will give you a copy of your manufacturer's warranties.
